FAQs

  • PAYMENT
    For customers within Singapore, we accept payments through PayNow. Do be sure to reference your order number when making payment.
  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY
    We only ship within Singapore using Singapore Post. We do not ship internationally at this time. Free standard shipping when you spend SGD50. Tracked shipping or next business day delivery will be chargeable. Dispatch is usually made within 1 to 2 working days for non-handmade items. For handmade items that require lead time, dispatch will be done as soon as we can - please refer to our product page for info on lead times. Delivery time is usually within 5 to 7 working days (subject to COVID-19 restrictions). ​ We cannot be held responsible for any lost mail and therefore we recommend to opt for tracked shipping at checkout for a peace of mind.
  • REFUND & EXCHANGE
    Sales made are not exchangeable or refundable. Should you encounter any issues at all, please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve it. If you receive the item damaged, kindly reach out to us within 2 working days and we will do our best to resolve it. If the item is in stock, we will arrange an exchange for you at no cost. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you had received it. Refunds will only be allowed if the item is out of stock.
  • SIZING
    We advice you to measure your pup to ensure a proper fit. Size exchanges will not be allowed for purposes of hygiene. Please note that sizing may vary according to product patterns therefore kindly refer to the size charts on our products page. As all bandanas are custom-made to order according to the size provided to us, we recommend to measure your pup prior to placing an order.
  • PRODUCT MAINTENANCE
    Our products can be cleaned using a cold damp cloth and air dry. Do not writhe. Avoid machine wash, chemicals and ironing. Colours may fade or transfer. For tees, hand/machine wash inside out with cold water and hang to dry. Do not tumble dry and avoid ironing directly onto the design. Nothing is indestructible therefore products may get damaged if your pup is overcurious or playtime gets rough. Loose parts may become a choking hazard. Please remove if necessary. Always inspect the product for wear prior to use. We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.
  • PRODUCT RESTOCKS
    All of our products are stocked in limited quantity. We rarely restock once they're sold out. If we do, it is usually quite limited. The same applies to our bandana fabrics. As a smol business, our goal is to bring you new and fun designs as often as we can, without the heavy inventory administrations. We also like to keep things slightly niche so that your pup stays unique when they're dressed in Furever Floof :)
